1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Techfix Malaysia's services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all repair services, IT support, and related services provided by Techfix.
2. Services
Techfix provides device repair, IT support, and related technology services. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Laptop and computer repairs
- Mobile device repairs
- IT support and managed services
- Hardware upgrades
- Data recovery services
3. Warranty Policy
All repairs are backed by our warranty policy:
- 90-day warranty on all standard repairs
- Warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse
- Original repair receipt required for warranty claims
- Warranty void if device opened by third party after repair
4. Pricing and Payment
Our pricing policies:
- All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
- Diagnosis is free for most repairs
- Final price confirmed after diagnosis
- Payment due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, card, bank transfer, and e-wallets
5. Device Collection
Regarding device storage and collection:
- Devices must be collected within 30 days of repair completion
- We will attempt to contact you before the deadline
- Uncollected devices after 90 days may be disposed of
- Storage fees may apply after 30 days
6. Data and Privacy
Regarding your data:
- We recommend backing up your data before repairs
- We are not responsible for data loss during repairs
- We do not access personal files unless required for repair

7. Liability
Techfix's liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. In rare cases where repairs cannot be completed or cause additional damage, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
8. Cancellation
Cancellation policies:
- You may cancel before repair work begins at no charge
- Cancellation after parts ordered may incur restocking fees
- Completed repairs cannot be cancelled
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the laws of Malaysia and the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
