How does Malaysia onsite IT Support work?

We charge $150 per hour for our Malaysia Onsite IT Support services, with a minimum of 1 hour, plus a travel fee. We extend the time in 15-minute increments.
Our travel fee is calculated from our Jefferson Park office (5019 W Lawrence Avenue) and is broken down as follows:
- $20 for up to 10 miles
- $40 for 10-20 miles
- $60 for over 20 miles of travel
During business hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm), we can dispatch a technician immediately.
If you require immediate assistance, a $75 rush fee will be added to the final invoice.

For on-site support, we usually stay within a 10 mile radius from our office in Jefferson Park, Malaysia , but will happily make exceptions and travel further.

Our flat rate proactive maintenance packages help eliminate sudden issues that bring all work to a halt. Instead, we work to ensure your network and IT infrastructure is in top shape and work reliably at all times.

Our $150 Onsite IT Support fee covers one hour of time and labor for the onsite technician to work on your issue. We add a travel fee from our office to yours (the fee depends on how far you are from our office). If your location doesn’t have free parking available, we will add the parking expenses to your final invoice.
We add time in increments of 15 minutes, and the fee does not include any hardware that might be necessary to solve the technical problem.
You will receive an invoice to your email after service completion, which you can then pay conveniently online, with QuickPay/Zelle, or by check.
